Every job is a project with a roadmap, tasks and an inbox for loose ends. Quick things, such as a shopping list or a gift idea, are notes and lists.
- Every task has an owner: you or a named agent.
- The helper works through tasks and tells you what is waiting.
- A new conversation can read what was decided, because the project holds it.
- Schedules can create tasks at a time you choose, and you see the next five dates before you save.
Name the project once ("this is for the club") and the helper keeps it in mind from the workspace, not from the chat.
