What you can ask
Plain jobs. One place.
Notes, calendar, contacts, documents, forms and websites sit in one workspace. The helper is inside it, so it can do the clicking for you. Anything risky waits for your tap.
Just talk
Hold the microphone, say it, let go. Your voice is written out and the helper gets on with it.
VoiceNotes, tasks, reminders
Written down, kept in your workspace and found again when you ask.
TasksQuotes and invoices
A PDF with the legal lines for Germany and the Netherlands. The email waits for your OK.

Pilotie puts the helper inside the workspace. You talk, it does.
Spot the difference
A blank chat page, or a helper at work.
| A chat on its own | Pilotie | |
|---|---|---|
| An AI account | You open and pay for one | Included |
| Talking | Depends on the app | A big microphone, written out for you |
| Doing the work | It gives you text to copy | It works in your notes, calendar, invoices |
| Sending an email | You do it yourself | It drafts it, you tap yes |
| Remembering | Gone when the chat ends | Facts you can see, change and forget |
| Your own AI | Only that one | Connect yours too, if you have one |
You say OK. Every time it matters.
The helper may look, write and draft by itself. When a step would send, pay, publish or delete for good, it stops and shows a card. You tap Yes or No. The card is gone after a day, and only a person can answer it.
- Reading and drafting need no tap
- Sending, paying, publishing and deleting always ask
- Every step is kept in your history
The door stays open
Already have an AI? Bring it too.
- Claude

- Grok
- any MCP assistant
Pilotie is a hybrid. The helper is built in, and the same workspace is open to any AI that speaks MCP. Both can work at the same time, and your history says who did what.
No surprise bill. A meter that stops.
The plan includes 600 credits a month for the helper. You see what today used. At 80 percent you get a gentle note, and at the end the helper takes a break and tells you how to carry on. It never runs up a bill behind your back.
- 600 credits a month included
- A card that shows today and what is left
- A pack of extra credits when you want more

You do not need to learn AI. Hold the button.
Most people never open an AI because it feels like homework. Pilotie puts the helper inside the workspace and the microphone on the front, so there is nothing to learn first.
What your helper will not do without asking
A helper that can act is only useful if it knows when to stop. Here is the short list of what Pilotie holds behind a card, and why one tap is cheap.
Why the helper is inside, and the door stays open
Pilotie is a hybrid: a built-in helper for people with no AI, and the same MCP door as Geenius OS for people who have one. Why we built both.
Questions
The basics.
What is Pilotie?
A workspace with a helper already inside it. You press the microphone and say what you need, or type it, and the helper writes your notes, plans your week, drafts your invoices and keeps your calendar and contacts in order. It is built on Geenius OS, in a plainer and more playful voice.
Who is it for?
For people who have never used an AI, and for anyone who would rather talk than type. A plumber in a van, a salon owner, a club treasurer, a parent with a busy week. You need no AI account and no prompts.
How do I get in?
Request access. You join the waitlist and we invite people step by step. There is no free plan.
Who makes it, and where is my data?
AVS Media, in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Pilotie is built on Geenius OS, which is made for the EU and the GDPR. See your data and the privacy statement.
Can I see it working before I ask for access?
There are short drawn videos on See it done, with made-up examples. A live demo of the helper is planned, with no date.
How is it different from Geenius OS?
It is the same workspace. Geenius OS has no AI inside and you bring your own, for €19. Pilotie adds the built-in helper and the microphone for €29. See Pilotie or Geenius OS?.
Does it include an AI?
Yes. The helper is built in and is part of the plan: you do not open or pay for an AI account on the side. It runs on Claude models: a fast small one for everyday jobs, a bigger one for long writing, and the biggest only when you ask for the best.
