A day · Hair and beauty

Full chairs. Fewer gaps.

Kai runs a two-chair salon. The phone rings when his hands are in someone's hair. An illustration: names, amounts and times are made up, and nothing here is a customer story.

Who

That could be you.

  • Who

A hair or beauty salon with one to three chairs.

  • Your say

A message to a client is a draft until you tap Yes.

A day

What you say, what happens.

  1. 08:50
You say: Who is booked in this morning?

Your helper: Reads the calendar and lists names and times. Your tap: None.

  2. 09:40
You say: Move Emma to Thursday.

Your helper: Checks Thursday for a free slot, moves the booking and drafts the message to Emma. Your tap: You approve the message. Undo is one click.

  3. 11:00
You say: Make a booking page.

Your helper: Sets up a page where people pick a free slot. Your tap: You look at it before you share the link.

  4. 13:00
You say: Add a note for Mrs de Vries: prefers a shorter fringe.

Your helper: Saves the note on her contact. Your tap: None.

  5. 15:30
You say: Who has not been in for ten weeks?

Your helper: Lists the contacts you have not had an appointment with. It reads; it does not call. Your tap: You decide who to write to.

  6. 17:00
You say: Write them a message: I have slots next Friday.

Your helper: Drafts the message and holds it as a card. Your tap: You tap Yes before anything is sent.

Honest labels

What to keep in mind.

  • Pre-beta
    It is an illustration

The names, amounts and times are made up. We do not have customer stories yet.

  • Pre-beta
Which clients "have not been in"

It depends on what your calendar and contacts hold. Check the list before you write.

  • Pre-beta
The helper is built in, and in early access

It uses the tools of your workspace and asks before anything risky. While a workspace runs in test mode its replies say so.
