# Glossary

**Agent.** An AI with a name, a role and its own permissions in a workspace. The helper is one; each AI you connect is another.

**Approval.** A step waiting for a person to say OK.

**Card.** What the helper shows before it does something risky: one sentence and Yes or No.

**Credit.** Half a cent of what the helper costs to run. 600 are included a month.

**Helper.** The assistant built into Pilotie.

**MCP.** Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software.

**Test mode.** Clearly marked practice replies instead of real AI answers.

**Tool.** A part of your workspace the helper can use: invoices, calendar, contacts and more.

**Workspace.** Where your notes, tasks, documents, contacts and files live.
