# Audit trail

Every step is written down: what happened, when, and who approved it. The trail says whether you, the helper or an AI you connected did it.

The trail is **append-only** and records changes in one workspace: seats and roles, agents and their keys, secret grants, billing, deletes and deploys.

- **Filter** by who, area, action, target, dates and a search text.
- **History** of one thing.
- **Export** the same filters as CSV, up to 5,000 rows.
- **Retention** from 30 to 3,650 days; owners and admins set it.
